      Enhancements

      Customer Segments

Target customers based on whether they've enrolled in Pay by Bank, and whether they’ve recently used Pay by Bank or other payment methods.

This update also includes new email campaign templates to help drive adoption and continued use of Pay by Bank. For example:

      • Announce to non-enrolled customers that your store accepts Pay by Bank and provide information about how to sign up.

      • Remind customers to finish their enrollment and link a bank account, or remind customers who finished enrollment but haven’t used Pay by Bank yet.

      Reports

A new Loyalty Accounting Report provides insights about your total loyalty liabilities on a monthly basis, either for your entire organization or a single LSP, and will include each loyalty member’s:

      • Loyalty tier

      • Starting point balance on the first of the month

      • Points earned

      • Points redeemed

      • Dollar value of redeemed points

      • Points expired

      • Sum of manual point adjustments

      • Ending point balance on the last of the month

      Settings

We’re adding the following new options to Settings > Location

      • Require note when adjusting packages in addition to selecting an adjustment reason.

      • On Receive, default expiration date to 1 year from current date.

        • This setting will be enabled by default, which reflects current behavior, but will provide a way to disable this behavior in response to feedback from users who don’t want expiration dates to autopopulate.

        • The Metrc integration setting Transfer Expiration Date (One year from current date, Expiration Date from Metrc, or Lab Test Result Expiration Date) will override this setting.

      • On Receive, default packaging date to current date

        • This setting will be enabled by default, which reflects current behavior.

        • As above, this will give users the option to disable the default behavior of autopopulating the packaging dates with the current date.

      Fixes

This release includes fixes for the following issues:

      • When delivery order windows are null, they appear on pick tickets as 1/1/1 at 12:00 am.

      • Attempting to run the Inventory Summary Report results in a 500 internal server error.

      • When saving a manifest that includes Metrc Retail IDs, an error may occur that results in duplicate package IDs.

      • Updating lab results may also update a package’s flower equivalency even when flower equivalency is not configured to automatically calculate based on potency.

      • The Data from BioTrack accordion is partially obscured on the inventory details page.
