Projected release dates: 12/9/24-12/12/24. Subject to change.

Enhancements

Catalog fields

A revised layout for product detail pages in the Catalog places Net weight, Non-cannabis weight, THC content, and CBD content fields between Grams/concentration and Flower equivalent so these related fields are grouped together for streamlined data entry.

Customer Insights in the Register

As previously announced, we’re adding new customer insights in the Register, including average cart value over the last 6 months, last purchase date, quick access to purchase history, and notes, for customers who have made at least one previous purchase:

Access customer insights from guest list cards:

Or from the right sidebar in the cart:

When viewing the cart on smaller screens, select Insights in the bottom section:

Washington

Manifests

This release addresses gaps in the process of creating transfer manifests and reporting transfers to CCRS:

  • Additional validations and error messages to help avoid manifest submission errors.

  • New options to specify whether the receiving licensee or a third-party transporter will pick up the inventory.

Learn more about the updated workflow, possible validation errors, and how to resolve them in the Help Center.

Tax reporting

The Washington Tax by Product Type (DoH/DoR Tax Record) report will be updated to include a product tags column to make it easier to identify High CBD products and, combined with the cost of goods sold, make it easier to claim wholesale taxes correctly.

Florida

Settings

When processing returns at the Register, users are asked whether they want to return the item to inventory. Because Florida does not allow the re-selling of returned cannabis items, BioTrack creates a new package for the returned item that appears on the Integration audit page in Dutchie POS.

To help streamline operations, we’re adding a Schedule Returns for Destruction option to schedule any returned cannabis items for destruction automatically. Find it under Settings > Integrations > BioTrack > Settings tab.

Cultivation

This release will address an error that prevents Florida BioTrack users from uploading batches containing more than 1000 plants.

Fixes

This release will address the following issues:

  • The Save button on customer profiles doesn’t become inactive after clicking, allowing users to click Save multiple times and duplicate the customer profile.

  • The Source serial number doesn't carry over when sublotting packages.
