Metrc batch mode update

Metrc batch mode settings, which are currently only available upon request from Dutchie Support, will soon be available to all users with the Edit Metrc Integration permission without contacting Support.

Customer insights in the Register

In the coming weeks, you’ll see new customer insights, including average cart value over the last 6 months, last purchase date, quick access to purchase history, and notes, for customers who have made at least one previous purchase:

Support for kief lots in Florida

Florida cultivation operators will see a new BioTrack lot type dropdown on the Packaging screen with options for

• Flower Lot

• Kief Lot

• Other Plant Material Lot

Washington reporting update

The Washington Tax by Product Type (DoH/DoR Tax Record) includes two new columns:

• Vendor of the sold product

• Package ID of the sold product
