Dutchie Ecommerce: Set specific hours for drawn delivery zones; custom description for Alpine IQ loyalty widget at checkout
Enhancements
Projected release date: 9/21/23
Improved flexibility for Drawn Zones Deliveries
Drawn Zones are now equipped with enhanced flexibility for delivery settings. The new Delivery Schedule allows you to set specific hours or turn off availability for each drawn delivery zone.
Note: If you currently use Scheduled Ordering and Drawn Zones for Delivery, be sure to check these configurations as soon as possible to ensure Order Limits are accurately set for each zone.
For full details, visit the Help Center.
Other enhancements
You can now customize the description that appears in the Alpine IQ loyalty widget at checkout by editing the Display Description field in the Alpine IQ integration settings.
Consumers will no longer receive “Order Submitted” SMS notifications. We are reducing the number of texts we send to consumers when they place orders and moving towards a hybrid model where we will be relying on email communication as the primary communication channel and relying on SMS for critical and time-sensitive notifications.
Fixes
We’ve recently released fixes for the following issues:
A generic “DutchiePay is unavailable” error message appeared in place of more specific, actionable error messages that informed consumers of the actual issue preventing them from proceeding.
We resolved an issue with Chain Specials that allowed promotions to be applied to products that should have been excluded.
Terminal receipts for next-day pickup orders incorrectly showed the current day as the pickup day.
Terminal receipts were intermittently printing without brand names.
