Scan MO medical IDs with VeriScan, VT traceability updates
Dutchie POS 1.58
Release Dates: 6/26/23-6/29/23
Enhancements
Missouri: We’re adding support for using your VeriScan ID scanner to scan medical IDs and automatically check in patients. We will also begin capturing proof of each scan, which Dutchie Support can provide upon request.
Traceability & compliance
Vermont: As of June 30, Dutchie’s Vermont traceability integration will support automated sales reporting. For the time being, Vermont customers will need to use the state web forms to report:
Returns (logged as a sale, but with a negative quantity and positive currency values)
Receiving and transfers
Loss of cannabis form (will later be updated to a general adjustment, but currently only down adjusts)
All cultivation (reporting only required once every two weeks)
Production reporting
Fixes
Backoffice - Reports
Transactions/dispensations disappear from the NY Monthly Sales Report after any item on the transaction was returned.
An error prevents users from running the Sales Sold out Report.
Closeout notes are missing from the Register Closeout Report.
Register - Delivery
The Fleet page in the Dutchie Register doesn’t show all vehicles when there are more than 10 active delivery vehicles.
When changing the order of deliveries in a delivery route that was in Created status, some deliveries disappear from view unless the user refreshes the browser.

Vermont: Users can update their catalog products using the External ID field to align to their VT Product Registration IDs.
The Rooms dropdown in the Move inventory modal wasn’t in alphabetical order.
The Packaging date field on the Receive package modal allowed users to enter an invalid date, which caused errors when completing the receive.

Traceability & compliance
Maryland: Be sure to bookmark our Maryland Hybrid Licensee guide on the Help Center. This article is being updated regularly with the latest updates about recreational sales and essential steps for Maryland retailers using Dutchie Point of Sale.
New Jersey: Operators who have migrated to Metrc may begin using the Metrc package ID as their “unique stamp or tag” instead of the NJ UID. However, please note that you cannot scan both NJ UID barcodes and Metrc package ID barcodes in the Dutchie Register at the same time. Learn more about this transition in the Help Center.
Delivery
California: Dutchie POS’s Onfleet integration in California will now ensure Metrc is notified a route has begun when drivers start a delivery using the Onfleet app, providing another option for dispatchers and drivers to start a route in addition to selecting Start Route in the Dutchie Register or Mobile Checkout. This will be released Tuesday, June 27.
