Manual Order of Delivery Route Stops

Introduction of additional Delivery Management functionality that enables delivery dispatchers to manually drag and drop the order of stops within routes based on proprietary route knowledge, additional delivery context, or updated routing recommendations from third-party final mile software. As a result of this, dispatchers will also have two options for adding directions to the manifest:

• Get Optimized Directions - Directions will be outlined on the manifests based on the best possible route identified by LeafLogix integration with third-party mapping service. Stops will also be reordered in the route based on this optimization.

• Get Existing Directions - Directions will be outlined on the manifests based on the current stop order that exists in the route. This option should be chosen if the dispatcher has manually ordered the stops in the route and want to make sure they stay in this order.
