MI: Label Update

For customers in Michigan: Per state requirements, Greenbits has updated labels to include information about messaging the use of cannabis to pregnant people.

Loyalty Points Audit

You can now view loyalty point accrual for each customer to understand how your customer's loyalty points were calculated. In the Back Office, go to the Customers page, select your customer, and then select Export Loyalty History. Select the Loyalty Point Audit pop-up to download the report. You can also go to the Tasks page and download the report from there. Learn more about Loyalty Points in our Help Center.
