Enhancements

Register - Cart

You may notice some subtle tweaks to the right side of the cart view, including:

  • Customer Notes will move from the header to the right sidebar, with more space to display notes.

  • Quicker access to the customer’s purchase history without opening the customer profile.

  • Order total will move to the bottom with a collapsible breakdown of the subtotal, discounts, and tax.

  • A more compact button layout, with Select Payment Type relabeled as Checkout.

These changes not only reduce clicks and make more efficient use of screen space, but will also pave the way for future enhancements designed to help budtenders deliver a top-shelf customer experience. Stay tuned!

Discount Sync

Discount Sync V2’s upgraded features will soon be available to all full-stack Dutchie POS/Dutchie Ecommerce customers! If you’re not already on V2, look for an email from our team with specifics about your location’s migration.

In addition, Discount Sync V2 now supports discounts with Strain and Vendor restrictions! Previously, strain- and vendor-specific discounts were only available in Dutchie POS and did not sync to Dutchie Ecommerce. Learn more about Discount Sync V2 and compatible discounts in the Help Center.

Backoffice - Users

Organizations with multiple LSPs will soon be able to bridge users in the Backoffice instead of submitting a request to Dutchie Support. From Settings > Users, use the checkboxes to select one or more users, then select Bulk actions > Assign to LSPs.

Fixes

This release addresses the following issues:

  • After reassigning a package to a different catalog product, the package’s unit price is not updated to reflect the new product assignment.

  • We’re deploying a fix to remove technical limitations that may prevent users from deleting a room with a large number of packages and moving the packages to another room.

  • Metrc Delivery ID is missing from delivery manifests.

  • Fetching lab results from Metrc fails for certain packages even though they have lab results entered in Metrc.

  • This release updates Pending Transfers logic to prevent duplicates.
