The previously missing Batch ID filter has been added back to the Batch Recall Report.
Dutchie POS 1.96
Projected release dates: 4/29/24-5/3/24. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Backoffice - Delivery
We’re adding support for BioTrack third-party deliveries in Connecticut. Contact Dutchie Support or your CSM to have these features enabled for your location, and learn more about the required setup and delivery workflow in the Help Center.
Dutchie Pay
Consumers will soon be able to manage their account settings on dutchie.com by navigating to My Account (desktop) or selecting the avatar (mobile) and then Bank Account. From there, they’ll be able to enroll in Dutchie Pay, edit their linked account, link to another financial institution, and resolve issues with their linked account.
Backoffice - Reports
The NY OCM Package Products Report will be updated to reflect the newest report template, which includes 1000 rows of data (an increase from 150 rows).
Register - Cart
The Gender field on customer profiles will be updated to include non-binary and not specified options in addition to male and female.
Fixes
Version 1.96 addresses the following issues:
Register - Cart
Anonymous cart workflow beta users who have enabled the Require Birthdate Check on Checkin setting report that the birthdate verification prompt no longer appears when anonymous cart beta features are enabled.
Some Springbig discounts fail to apply in the cart for locations that have disabled the Redeem Loyalty Discounts from Cart Action Menu setting.
Backoffice - Reports
An error message “Report failed to generate: Cannot convert null to ‘bool’ because it is a non-nullable value type” has prevented downloading certain sales reports.
Export Date, From Date, and To Date are missing from exported versions of certain reports.
The Average Order Value report doesn’t accurately break down Total Inventory Sold between fulfillment and standard orders for budtenders who used both workflows.
The Daily Sales Breakdown shows incorrect return totals by location when users run the report for all locations and an item was sold at one location but returned to another.
Backoffice - Inventory
Inventory from the same package and the same received date but with different costs could change to the same cost after being moved to a different room and then back to its original room.
Colorado: New packages created by splitting an existing package do not inherit the parent package’s us-by date. This fix ensures that a parent package’s use-by date is automatically applied to child packages in both Dutchie POS and Metrc.
Backoffice - Audits
Users can’t complete an inventory audit after a CSV bulk upload without first manually confirming counts.
Other updates
We recently released a new built-in functionality for scanning IDs in the Dutchie Register. As part of this release, the Check-in button on the guest list has been relabeled as Scan ID. Learn more in the Help Center.
“Manual” payment button for non-integrated payments: Retailers using third-party payment solutions not integrated with Dutchie can now use a Manual payment method button in the Dutchie Register which directs budtenders to a secondary screen where they can select from a customized list of payment processors. This update also more clearly defines your third-party payment solutions in reporting. Contact Dutchie Support or your CSM to have this option enabled for your location. Learn more in the Help Center.
