Dutchie POS 1.92: Tags filter in the Register; reporting enhancements

Enhancements

Register - Products

Filter by tags when browsing products in the Register. Select Add items in the cart or Products on the side menu and use the Tags dropdown to narrow your search results based on inventory tags.

To keep the focus only on in-stock inventory, this dropdown will only show tags assigned to packages in Rooms configured as a Sales Floor, hiding any tags that won’t yield any results in the Register, such as tags used for wholesale purposes. Note that filtering by tag will not be available on fulfillment carts.

Backoffice - Products

Update: This feature has been rolled back for further testing and will be launched at a later date. Look for updates in a future announcement.

Set default units of measure for lab results: Configure your product categories with default units of measure for both cannabinoid and terpene lab results. When lab results are fetched from other systems in a different unit of measure, Dutchie POS will override it and apply the unit of measure you’ve selected for that product category. Note that this only overrides units of measure and does not convert or recalculate lab result values.

Backoffice - Cultivation

In locations not integrated with a traceability platform, users will be able to delete configured cultivation adjustment reasons. This will work the same way as deleting inventory adjustment reasons and other objects in the Backoffice, by clicking an X next to the adjustment reason.

Integrated locations will continue to use state-specific adjustment reasons that can’t be edited or deleted.

Backoffice - Reports

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be rolling out some enhancements to clarify and standardize our most-used reports for Dutchie POS Backoffice, including a consistent naming convention for column headers and updated calculations to ensure consistent, accurate data across each of these reports:

  • Average Order Value

  • Current Inventory

  • Daily Sales Breakdown

  • Discount Detail Report

  • End of Day Summary

  • Inventory Allocated Report

  • Inventory Expirations

  • Inventory Snapshot

  • Inventory Transaction Report By Category

These changes apply to Dutchie's back office reporting. Look for more information and supporting Help Center content in a future post.

Register - Log in

We’re making visual updates to the Register log-in, Register selection, and company/location selection screens. This was originally announced on February 15 but its rollout was rescheduled.

Fix

This release will resolve an issue that prevents users from adding constraints to Alpine IQ discounts.
