Dutchie POS 1.81: Product tax preview for both out-the-door and standard pricing; fixes

Backoffice - Catalog

Make out-the-door pricing easier to manage with product tax preview: An optional setting adds a new Taxed price field to the product detail view in the Catalog that allows you to enter or adjust a product's tax-inclusive price. The base pre-tax price is then automatically calculated based on the applicable flat or percentage tax rates.

This feature is designed to facilitate “out-the-door” pricing models by taking guesswork and manual adjustments out of the equation and helping retailers manage customer expectations by avoiding the sticker shock that can lead to dropped sales. It also works with standard, tax-exclusive pricing and with dual med/rec pricing.

This is scheduled to roll out between December 20 and December 22. Learn more in the Help Center.

Backoffice - Traceability

We’re addressing an issue where BioTrack users receive an error message stating “You cannot void this transaction because it has already been voided.” when trying to void transactions that were not previously voided.

Backoffice - Cultivation

This version fixes an issue where attempting to destroy clones results in an error message stating "You did not provide a comment on why [ID number] is being adjusted." even though a Reason is selected and no Comment field is available.
