Projected release dates: 12/4/23-12/8/23

Enhancements

Backoffice - General

A redesign of table settings in the Backoffice will improve usability by adding a search bar and showing selected columns at the top of the list, along with visual cues to more clearly indicate the drag-and-drop sorting capability. The label “Table settings” will change to “Column configuration”.

Backoffice - Inventory

A new View in Journal button will allow one-click navigation from Package History to the Product Journal. The existing Export and Print buttons will be nested under an Actions button. The Product Journal contains a detailed history of a specific package or all packages related to an item in the Catalog. This can be a useful tool for troubleshooting discrepancies or auditing the history of a package. Learn more about the Product Journal.

After:

Backoffice - Products

A new Max Weight field in the pricing tier configuration allows you to set a tier-specific weigh heavy threshold. If you have also set a Dispense weight vs actual weight threshold for your location, the smaller of the two applies. Learn more in the Help Center.

Backoffice - Reports

The Fee / Donation Transactions report will include the name of the user who completed the transaction.

Backoffice - Traceability

  • We’re introducing a new Metrc setting to hide from the Register any packages with a missing or failed lab testing status. In cases where an item has already been added to the cart when its lab testing status is updated to a failed state, an error message will prevent checkout. Find it under Settings > Integrations > Metrc > Settings tab > Prevent Untested Inventory Sales.

  • Minnesota: We’re adding new fields and reporting capabilities to support recording a customer's tribal membership and affiliation. While these features are designed to comply with Minnesota regulations, they will be made available in all markets. Learn more in the Help Center.

Fixes

This version includes fixes for the following issues:

Backoffice - Inventory

When assigning inventory to a batch, the Batch dropdown list is sometimes cut off at the bottom of the screen, making it difficult to search for and select a batch and access the Clear, Refresh, and Create batch options.

Backoffice - Discounts

Users report being unable to update certain discounts and receiving an unclear error message.

Backoffice - Cultivation

Destroying clones in bulk may result in duplicate API calls, resulting in a discrepancy between Dutchie POS and Metrc.

Backoffice - Taxes

When two or more tax rates are configured, and one tax rate is a flat amount that stacks on other rates, the flat amount tax applies as a percentage rather than an amount.
