Projected release dates: 10/2/23-10/6/23

Virginia BioTrack patient registry requirement

The Virginia Department of Health Professions has partnered with BioTrack to provide a patient registry database, where all cannabis patient applications can be queried to confirm eligibility to purchase cannabis products. Effective September 27, dispensaries are expected to query the registry for each patient to confirm that their Application ID (MMJ ID) is both valid and active before admission into the sales floor. Visit the Help Center for more details.

Enhancement

Backoffice - Catalog

In Configure > Fields, the catalog field External Category can be set as Required if Cannabis.

Backoffice - Inventory

Reminder: A better user experience is coming soon to the Inventory module!

Throughout September and October, we're rolling out the following enhancements:

  • When Show products with zero quantity is enabled, the list will load in seconds (not minutes)!

  • The Select all option will be removed because this selected all items in the list, not just the current page. You’ll still be able to select all items on the page, select a quantity of rows, and change the number of items per page.

  • The More filters modal will no longer have a Save button; instead, you can just select your filters and close the modal.

  • The Testing status filter will be removed; instead, type the status name into the search bar to find matching products.

  • All filters will support multiple selections and include all options, not just the options in the list.

  • Applied filters will be reflected in the URL, allowing you to share a direct link to your customized view.

Note: To further improve performance and stability; sorting by these columns is not currently available:

  • THC

  • Tags

  • THCA

  • Allocated Qty

  • Last Audited Date

Fixes

Version 1.71 includes fixes for the following issues:

Backoffice - Reports

  • In the Oregon Tax Report by Tax Category, the ExemptGramsSold and ExemptSales columns are blank.

  • For some users, the New Patient Report does not show purchases and/or shows purchases with the wrong status.

  • Users are unable to access Reports > Overview despite having the necessary permission (View Dashboard).

Backoffice - Traceability

When attempting to add an email address to the Integration Audit Report recipient list, users are unable to type into the Email address field.

Backoffice - Catalog

  • Duplicate catalog products may be created when a user double-clicks the Save button.

  • When selecting multiple catalog products to complete a bulk action, users report that when they choose a bulk edit option it removes the checked selections.

Backoffice - Settings

Some label fields are not displaying selections properly in the label designer.

Register - Cart

We’ve deployed a fix for an issue with deli-style flower where the Weight override value was incorrectly deducted from patient allotments and inventory instead of the actual amount dispensed in the Weight/price field. This fix has already been released to all customers.
