      Customers

      • We’re making some under-the-hood enhancements to the Customers list in Backoffice to reduce load times and improve performance.

      • A new Segments column will show each customer’s current segments.

      • The Opted into marketing field will be deprecated now that channel-specific marketing opt-in fields are available.

      • In the segment builder, new Attributes of someone allow you to target customers based on marketing opt-in by channel:

        • Has opted in for email marketing

        • Has opted in for SMS marketing

        • Has opted in for push notifications

      Compliance

      • Vermont: We’ve launched new tools and reporting to help you track product registration (P-number) expirations and update them automatically. Learn more in the Help Center. These tools are available now.

      • Florida: We’re adding a new option to automatically populate the Inventory Parent ID from BioTrack as the batch name on incoming inventory. Find it under Settings > Integrations > BioTrack > Settings tab > Use Parent Package as Batch.

      Fixes

This release includes to address the following issues:

      • “Buy one, get one” discounts may apply incorrectly to carts with three or more qualifying items.

      • Loyalty rewards appear clickable in E-Commerce checkout when the customer is not in the required segment, causing confusing errors.

      • Cash return refund totals can round incorrectly, resulting in refunds that don’t match the original rounded cash amount.
