      Enhancements

      Rounding settings

We’re clarifying the names of recently released change and transaction total rounding settings, and exposing some options that were previously only available to Dutchie Support. You’ll soon find all of these options under a new Rounding section in Settings > Location (select only one of these):

      • Round transaction total DOWN to quarter

      • Round transaction total DOWN to dollar

      • Round cash change due to NEAREST nickel

      • Round transaction total to NEAREST dollar

      • Round transaction total DOWN to fiver

      • Round cash change due DOWN to the nickel

      • Round transaction total DOWN to the nickel

      • Round transaction total UP to the nickel

      • Round transaction total to NEAREST nickel

      • Round cash change due UP to the nickel

If you enable any of the above rounding settings and have also enabled Only Discount Cannabis Items to a minimum of $0.01, be sure to also enable the new Require $0.01 minimum when rounding is enabled, also found in the Rounding section.

      Inventory

When the Location Setting Auto-map products during receive is enabled in Metrc-integrated locations, the incoming quantity and unit of measure from Metrc will now be preserved on Saved Orders.

      Fixes

This release includes fixes for the following issues

      • New York: A character limit issue that results in a Received an invalid column length error when syncing packages from Metrc.

      • When the Metrc integration setting Transfer Expiration Date is set to Lab Test Result Expiration Date, expiration dates don’t consistently populate for internal transfers.

      • The BioTrack receipt audit shows unreconciled receipts when a return is processed and the user selected No for Return to Inventory, which should not generate a BioTrack receipt.

      • Timeouts sporadically prevent users from running the Inventory Order Report.

      • When copying a campaign, the copy uses the same send date as the original campaign. With this fix, copied campaigns will have no send date so users have to choose one.

      • Illinois: We’re correcting an issue which has delayed a previously announced update to ensure the Recreational - Out of State customer type in Dutchie POS reports as the Non-Resident Consumer customer type in Metrc.
