Dutchie POS 1.168: New rounding settings to avoid pennies; target loyalty members in segments; view and edit loyalty & marketing attributes in customer profiles
Projected release dates: 12/1/25-12/4/25, unless otherwise noted. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Register
New settings are now available to automatically round change due or transaction totals up or down to the nearest nickel (5-cent increment) so you can avoid the need for pennies in your register tills. You’ll find these in Settings > Location in the Point of Sale section. Learn more in the Help Center.
Campaigns
Craft marketing campaigns exclusively for your loyalty members with a new Attributes of someone > # of points attribute in customer segments. You can target loyalty members based on an exact, more than, less than, or between condition and set a number of loyalty points.
Customers
The Customers section of the Backoffice is getting an upgrade to provide better visibility and management of Loyalty & Marketing-related related data points.
The customer list will get new columns so you’ll be able to see the following for each customer:
Whether they’re opted into marketing
Whether they’re a loyalty member
Their current loyalty tier
Their points balance
Segments they belong to
You’ll also be able to filter the list by Customer Group.
Plus, new editable fields in customer profiles:
Customer Group assignments (currently only editable in the Register)
Opted in to loyalty (yes/no)
Opted in to marketing (yes/no)
Compliance
Dutchie’s Metrc Retail ID integration now allows cultivators, manufacturers, and distributors to generate Retail IDs and print the corresponding QR code labels directly from the Backoffice. Learn more in the Help Center.
