Get Ready for Your Biggest Revenue Opportunity!

Your biggest sales opportunity of the year is approaching, but sudden, high-volume email sends land in spam folders. Email providers track sending patterns, and a jump from zero to thousands is seen as suspicious.

      The Solution: Email Warmup

Gradually increase your sending volume over the next few weeks to establish trust with providers like Gmail and Yahoo. Dutchie Loyalty & Marketing tracks this process automatically.

      Your Action Plan: Start TODAY

      1. Log into Loyalty & Marketing.

      2. Check your Daily Maximum Limit in the Campaign Builder—this number reflects your current reputation and will increase as you send.

You'll also see how many days it will take to send the email to all recipients based on the campaign’s audience size, current daily maximum, increases in the daily maximum over time, and other campaigns queued ahead of it.

      3. Schedule 2-3 "Warmup" campaigns this week. Start with small, valuable sends like a product sneak peek or early loyalty access.

      4. Send consistently for the next few weeks.

Every consistent campaign you send now directly ensures your critical seasonal deals get delivered to your full list when it matters most. Don't risk losing sales—start your warmup now.

      Fixes

Projected release dates: 11/17/25-11/20/25. Subject to change.

This release includes fixes to address the following issues:

      • The guest list, customer profile, cart, and receipts may reflect different customer loyalty tier statuses.

      • An error prevents saving a discount if the discount is restricted by time of day and the user enters times without colons (e.g., 940 AM instead of 9:40 AM).

      • Receipts for customers not opted into a loyalty program still show a loyalty points breakdown. This fix updates receipts to instead show “not opted into program” for these customers.
