Dutchie POS 1.165: Campaign warmup guides; waterfall campaigns; fixes
Projected release dates: 11/3/25-11/6/25. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Campaign warmup guides
New daily maximum number of emails and estimated days to send to all recipients indicators in the campaign builder help marketers better understand their warmup schedule. The estimated number of days to send to all recipients accounts for a campaign’s audience size, current daily maximum, increases in the daily maximum over time, and other campaigns queued ahead of it.
For campaigns in Sending or Sent status, the Campaigns table will show how many emails have been sent out of the total.
When you create a new campaign with other campaigns still queued or sending, a dialog box informs users that this new campaign will only begin sending when other campaigns are finished.
Waterfall campaigns
Waterfall campaigns allow marketers to prioritize channels (email, push, SMS) so the system only sends messages via lower-priority channels to consumers for whom the first-priority channel failed, reducing costs and redundant messaging.
For example, this allows marketers to email all targeted consumers, then send a push notification only to consumers for whom delivery failed or who didn’t open the email, then finally send an SMS only to consumers who didn’t receive or engage with the email or push notification.
When creating a one-time blast campaign, the first step will now be to select one or more channels. If you select more than one channel, a Send as waterfall campaign toggle appears. When toggled, you have the option to drag and drop channels into priority order.
After you save a waterfall campaign, the content tab shows that it’s a waterfall campaign and lists the channels in order, with the details for each channel below.
Customers
We’re making further enhancements to our customer matching logic to reduce the chances of accidentally creating duplicate profiles. As a result, users may see Potential duplicate customer warnings in the Register more often.
To help marketers more easily view and manage audiences, a Customer groups filter will be added to the the Customers list in the Backoffice.
Catalog
We're adding an NDC column to the Catalog page in the Backoffice. To show this column, click the cog wheel and select NDC in the Column configuration window.
Fixes
This release includes fixes to address the following issues:
Possible discrepancies between scheduled and manual exports of the Sales By Category report.
The Quantity field in an assembly may have a red outline indicating a discrepancy without providing a reason or error message, preventing the user from completing the assembly.
In the Discount Wizard, product tags display as raw TagIds (e.g., 1234, 5678) instead of displaying tag names (e.g., Clearance, Sale).
The Business Intelligence (BI) Tool returns the same date value for both Delivered On Date and Received Date fields regardless of when a transfer was saved, opened, or actually received.
An error may prevent users from moving plants between rooms.
In the Tax Rate Breakdown Summary report, the sum of all individual tax category amounts should, but does not, match the total in the Tax Amount column.
The Plant Harvesting Report does not show a username in the Harvested by column.
