Dutchie POS 1.156: Customer loyalty tier on pick tickets; exempt products from purchase limits/allotments; Batch Recall Report improvements; fixes
Projected release dates: 9/2/25-9/4/25. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Loyalty + Marketing
Organizations with tiered loyalty programs will have a new Show customer loyalty tier option in Settings > Receipts & Tickets > Pick Tickets to include a customer’s current loyalty tier status near the top of the pick ticket.
Products
To better support markets that don’t count certain products toward purchase limits or allotments but still require them to be tracked as cannabis inventory, Grams/concentration fields will be updated to accept 0 (zero) as a valid entry.
Items with a grams/concentration value of 0 will report to Metrc with zero weight and will not count toward purchase limits or allotments. In Massachusetts, these items will not be reported to MassCIP.
Reports
Currently, the Batch Recall Report only allows you to look up retail sales from one batch at a time. This release expands the usability of this report by adding:
Ability to run the report by SKU, with the Source Batch displayed.
Wholesale customers and transactions with Manifest IDs.
Settings
For locations integrated with VeriScan or using other external age verification processes, a new Bypass Age Verification for ID Scan option in Settings > Location will disable all age verification features in the Dutchie Register.
Fixes
This release includes fixes for the following issues:
When a user sets estimated departure and arrival times on a manifest, the arrival time is updated to the time the user clicked Complete Order. This fix makes it so the original user-entered arrival time persists on the manifest.
Time stamps for payment type changes in the Closing report reflect Eastern Time regardless of the location’s local time zone.
When viewing a mobile push notification campaign, the Content tab shows a / instead of the URL for the campaign’s landing page.
When creating a new campaign using one of the default templates, the email editor is blank and the template doesn’t load.
When uploading lab results in bulk, existing fields are cleared if left blank in the CSV.
