Dutchie POS 1.153: New customer segment criteria; expanded support for budtender performance reporting; fixes
Projected release dates: 8/11/25-8/14/25. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Customer Segments
Build customer segments based on these new criteria:
Under What someone has or has not done, reward customers for using your mobile app or incentivize them to use it with Last mobile login date and Last mobile sale date criteria.
Under Predictive analysis about someone, target customers based on their shopping frequency and encourage them to shop more often with Average days between purchases.
Reports
We’re expanding support for budtender performance reporting to include locations using the fulfillment workflow (pre-orders). Learn more in the Help Center.
The Financials section will be removed from the main Backoffice menu, and multi-location sales reporting currently located under the Financials tab will move to a new Overview tab under Reports > Sales.
Manifests
Users can update driver and vehicle on any pickup manifest sent to them in BioTrack, regardless of whether the seller is using Dutchie or not.
Fixes
This release will address the following issues:
Image sizing in label preview ignores label field settings, using image upload dimensions instead.
A “MERGE statement attempted to UPDATE or DELETE the same row more than once” may occur when receiving inventory.
Updating item weights may cause discrepancies in the Connecticut - Recreational Excise Tax Report
A “foreign key constraint” error when receiving inventory results in the manifest falsely showing as "Failed" in receive history when the receive was actually successful.
Running the Inventory Roll Forward Report for all locations yields no data.
