      Enhancements

To help retailers gather more insight into campaign performance, we are adding metrics about users interactions with emails and SMS messages. Retailers can see insight into the following workflow campaign analytics:

      • On the Trigger & Conditional Split cards:

        • Executed - # of consumers that went through this step.

        • Interrupted - # of customers that did NOT go through this step.

      • On the Action cards:

        • Recipients -  # of consumers that received the message.

        • Opens - % + # of consumers that opened the message.

        • Clicks - % + # of consumers that clicked on the message.

      • On the Timing cards

        • Queued - for time delayed workflows with # of consumers that will go through these steps soon
Ex: In a win back campaign, if there’s a 14-day time delay between sending the 1st email and 2nd email, consumers waiting those 14 days will be listed as “queued”.

        • Executed - # of consumers that went through these steps.

        • Interrupted - # of customers that did NOT go through that step.

      Traceability

BioTrack users in New York now have the ability to configure the external category on products prior to enabling the integration. This is controlled by a new tab on the BioTrack settings page called External Categories Mapping

      Reports

We are introducing several updates to the Inventory Performance report that include:

      • Adding “Brand Name” as a column in the Performance ranking section.

      • Changing the name of the Qty Remaining column name to Qty on Hand.

      • Formatting changes to Qty sold and Qty remaining (now Qty on Hand) columns to them as whole numbers to include a comma.

      • Added tooltips to certain fields.

      • Adding a custom date picker to the Performance ranking section. Shows up to 1 year ago to the performance ranking table.

We have updated the Inventory Order report to run for all locations.

A new column has been added to the Cost of Goods by Category report to display the adjusted cost. Additionally, tooltips have been incorporated to clarify the distinction between the Cost column—representing the cost recorded at the time of sale—and the "adjusted cost," which reflects the current inventory cost.

Inventory Receive date and Inventory Receive Action columns were added to the snapshot version of the Inventory roll forward report, creating consistency across report types.

      Fixes

This release will address the following issues:

      • Automated campaigns were being sent to deactivated and anonymous accounts.

      • Loyalty discounts were applying to Wedge 2 payment transactions even when loyalty was pre-applied.

      • This release resolved issues with the discount wizard, specifically where inventory tags displayed an incorrect total product count. Additionally, it addressed a problem where the "Hide no eligible products" option was checked, yet all products still appeared in the search results.

      • We fixed an issue where Springbig and Alpine IQ discounts were not being removed from transactions even though the action was showing successful.

      • Removed redundancy of the LocID column on the Inventory Roll forward report.

      • Voids were not showing in real-time on the Void report.

      • This release addresses a problem with Sendgrid, where account names were subject to a smaller character limit and IP addresses were not properly configured. As a result, emails were not being sent.
