      Enhancements

      Loyalty & Marketing

      • New filter options on the Campaigns page will help you better organize your campaigns and look up past campaigns. The existing Status filter will move to a new Filters menu with additional filters for Tag and Channel, along with a new Date range filter.

      • “Merge tags” in Campaigns will be renamed “Variables,” and we’re adding more variables to help you craft more personalized messages, including:

        • Last location shopped

        • Category or product purchased

        • Medical card expiration date

        • Loyalty tier name and remaining spend needed to reach the next tier

        • Date and location of first and last purchase

      • The attribution window in campaign performance metrics will now default to 7 days because the current default of 1 day may create a misleading impression that the campaign wasn’t sent to all recipients or has low sales conversion.

      • In the campaign builder, the “coming soon” tile for Loyalty point expiration will be removed:

You can already build this type of campaign by creating a customer segment based on loyalty expiration and then using the Entered segment campaign option.

      • Loyalty member and Opted into marketing columns will be added to the Customers list in Backoffice so you can more easily identify which customers have opted in.

      Metrc Retail ID open beta

We’re beginning an open beta period for our Metrc Retail ID solution. When suppliers label their products with Metrc Retail ID QR codes, retailers can avoid relabeling and scan supplier QR codes in the Dutchie Register, while consumers can scan the codes to see product information, including origin and potency, test results, and certificates of analysis.

Starting June 16, Metrc-integrated locations can enable Retail ID in the Dutchie Backoffice by going to Settings > Integrations > Metrc > Settings tab.

Note that you must also enable Metrc V2 to use Metrc Retail ID. Learn more in the Help Center.

      Fixes

This release will address the following issues:

      • Manually applying a “price to amount” discount may remove previously applied loyalty point multipliers.

      • An error prevents Safari users from duplicating a campaign.
