Dutchie POS 1.145: Additional delivery fee options; cross-location return warnings; fixes
Projected release dates: 6/9/25-6/13/25. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Settings
This release adds more options for delivery fees:
Fees by Customer Type: Set up a fee that applies only to certain customer types, such as a fee that applies to recreational customers but not medical customers.
Fees for ASAP vs. Scheduled Delivery: Configure delivery fees to apply only to one type of delivery, such as charging different fees based on whether the delivery is ASAP or scheduled.
Fees by Canadian Postal Code: Dutchie POS will now accept Canadian postal code formats when creating delivery zones, which will allow for different fees based on postal code.
Note that delivery fees only appear in Dutchie Ecommerce if they’re set to Automatic in Dutchie POS.
Register
Cross-location return warnings: When a user attempts to return a product sold at another location, the Register will show a warning message identifying the original purchase location and prompt the user to cancel or proceed with the return. In markets where cross-location returns are prohibited, the user will not be able to proceed with the return.
Compliance
Washington: We’re adding two new yes/no dropdowns to the Product Catalog to indicate whether a product is DoH Approved or High CBD.
Reports
This release updates the Sales breakdown by Order type within the Financials tab to include the following order types for locations integrated with Dutchie Ecommerce:

This release will add the ability to send campaign test emails to multiple addresses, and also fixes an issue with preview text not appearing on test emails.
Fixes
This release will address the following issues:

An intermittent "Refresh Required - transient failure" error occurs when confirming package counts during inventory audits. Users receive a success message despite the error, requiring manual UI refresh.
An error prevents receiving certain orders by Florida BioTrack users.
