      Enhancements

      Loyalty & Marketing

      Encourage customers to complete their purchase with automated campaigns for abandoned carts. This sends an email to customers who started a cart but didn’t check out within a set time.

      Reports

      New dedicated reporting for Bills of Materials and Assemblies will provide manufacturers more visibility to their production activities, including:

      • Assembly details, such as assembly IDs, names, statuses, when it was completed, and by which user.

      • The bill of materials used for each assembly, including names and IDs,

      • Output details, such as the product name, SKU, and package ID, and external package ID (if applicable).

      • Cost analysis, such as package calculated cost and cost per unit.

      • Labor rate and hours

      This report will include data for all locations within a single LSP. For multi-LSP organizations, the report must be run separately for each LSP. Find it under Reports > Operations.

      Fixes

      This release will address the following issues:

      • An error prevents labels from automatically printing for some products at the Register

      • The Discount Wizard filters out all products with no current inventory on hand, rather than just retired products with no inventory.
