Dutchie POS 1.143: Customize pick tickets for fulfillment; restrict loyalty point accrual by customer type/group; multicategory hybrid purchase limits
Projected release dates: 5/27/25-5/30/25. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Pick ticket settings for fulfillment
Locations using the pre-order/fulfillment workflow will be able to customize what details appear on pick tickets and how they’re grouped and sorted.
You can show or hide customer ID, name, address, or date of birth, as well as the master category of each product.
Line items can be sorted and grouped by brand or by category
Note: These settings apply only to PrintNode-configured printers with Type set to Epson, Star print, or Star graphic. To update printer settings, go to Settings > Devices > Printers and select a printer.
Dutchie Loyalty
We’re adding support for “0x” loyalty point multipliers, which allow you to prevent loyalty point accrual based on customer type, customer group, or other criteria. Set up a loyalty multiplier with a multiplier value of 0 and configure it to apply to any customers that should not accrue points, such as recreational customers in New York or a customer group for employees.
Compliance
Multicategory purchase limits will allow operators in states with hybrid purchase limits, such as California and Arizona, to configure a product to count against multiple purchase limit categories by assigning extra flower equivalencies for categories other than the product’s main purchase limit category. Fixes
This release will address the following issues:
The Patient ID Scan Report does not reflect new scan events for patient IDs not yet associated with a transaction.
An "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error appears when attempting to print manifests for delivery orders.
Users should be able to delete the pre-populated default name for a new campaign.
Users should not be able to edit the details of completed assemblies.
BioTrack manifest sync will be updated to include retail manifests (currently, only wholesale manifests are synced).
