      Enhancements

      Reports

      • New budtender performance reporting automates data collection, provides actionable insights, and supports real-time decision-making for retail teams. This report includes key performance metrics for retail employees, enabling real-time tracking, analysis, and incentivization, and supports filtering by location, detailed performance breakdowns, and historical trend analysis over periods up to 12 months. Learn more in the Help Center. Note: Budtender performance reporting is currently available to locations using the standard register workflow, but not those using the fulfillment workflow (pre-orders). A future release will expand this to all locations.

      • We’re adding the ability to run the Tax Report (Detail) for all locations in your LSP.

      Loyalty & Marketing

      This release adds two new automated campaign types:

      • After loyalty enrollment - send a welcome email to customers who have recently opted in to your Dutchie Loyalty program.

      • Entered segment - reach customers who have recently been added to a given customer segment (as opposed to all customers in that segment).

      Products

      New safeguards prevent users from deleting a product category without first reassigning its products to another category.

      Traceability

      Florida: We’re introducing a new BioTrack integration audit in the Backoffice that will allow you to monitor and reconcile inventory data between Dutchie POS and BioTrack. Learn more in the Help Center.

      Fixes

      This release includes fixes to address the following issues:

      • When a payment on a past transaction is changed to a non-integrated manual payment method, the change is not reflected in the Closing report.

      • The Inventory Roll Forward Report may reflect incorrect cost data.

      • An intermittent "Manager Pin is invalid or does not have required permissions" error prevents some users from removing items from a cart.

      • Consumers may receive duplicate marketing emails if they have multiple profiles with the same email entered with different capitalization.

      • We’re deploying these fixes for the Discount Wizard:

        • Deleted and inactive customer groups and segments, as well as retired products, will be hidden from discount criteria.

        • Copying a discount will open the new copied discount in the wizard.

        • On manual discounts, Online details will be hidden from the summary because manual discounts can’t be shown online.
