      Enhancements

      Loyalty + Marketing

Currently, if you use Dutchie POS’s built-in loyalty features, all customers are automatically enrolled in loyalty and accrue points. This release will add an explicit opt-in feature for Dutchie Loyalty. To enable this, go to Marketing > Loyalty > Default enrollment preference and select Require Opt-in:

This will temporarily hide existing customers' loyalty points and prevent further point accrual and redemption until they opt in, and a Register for Loyalty button will appear in the cart for any new or existing customer who has not yet opted in. Once opted in, the customer will resume accruing points, and the Register for Loyalty button will no longer appear in their carts.

In Dutchie Ecommerce, existing customers will be prompted to opt in to your loyalty program upon logging in or navigating to the My Account page. Encourage new or existing customers who haven’t placed an online order to create an Ecommerce account by linking their Apple or Google account, which can streamline the sign-up process and ensure you're capturing accurate customer contact info.

We’re also adding a loyalty point expiration option for locations that have upgraded to our Loyalty + Marketing suite. In Marketing > Loyalty > Loyalty expiration, enter the number of days since the customer’s last transaction at which their points should expire. A blank value in this field means points will never expire.

Once you’ve added a loyalty expiration, the number of days remaining until points expire will appear on customer receipts, the Loyalty Balances and Patient Loyalty reports, and the My account and Checkout pages in Dutchie Ecommerce.

Note: the above updates apply only to Dutchie’s built-in loyalty features. Retailers using third-party loyalty platforms will see no changes.

In Campaigns, we’re adding support for multiple email senders. To add more senders (“From” addresses) for your email campaigns, go to Settings > Integrations > Email Marketing and click the Senders tab to manage sender addresses, meta names, and designate a default sender.

Once you’ve added multiple senders, you can select different From addresses when building campaigns.

      Washington CCRS

      • To facilitate creating customer profiles for other licensees receiving CCRS manifests, we’re adding a Use for CCRS Manifests? checkbox to customer profiles. When checked, it will make certain fields required to ensure you can successfully transfer a manifest to them.

      • When exporting CCRS Monthly Reports, the queue of exports will specify which file type each export contains (Area, Inventory, Strain, etc.)

      • This release will also correct an issue where CCRS monthly reports are exported with a .xlsx file name even though they are actually in .csv format.

      Fixes

This release will address the following issues:

      • Campaigns can be scheduled for a past date/time.

      • Lab results fetched from Metrc don’t include Delta-9 results.

      • An error occurs when attempting to harvest plants by adding weight to them, assigning a location, and sending the report to BioTrack.

      • The Void option in the Sales history screen is disabled, despite users having void permissions.

      • An error may prevent users from accessing the BioTrack Integration Audit page.

      • An error may prevent BioTrack locations from closing out completed delivery orders in the Register and Mobile Checkout.

      • A rounding issue results in a $0.02 discrepancy between the sum of individual tax rates, subtotal, and total on receipts.
