Enhancements

Backoffice - Reports

We’re updating these reports to improve their usability and surface key insights:

• An Inventory Cost column showing the wholesale cost of returned items will be added to the Returns Report - Returned Products.

• We’re adding a Brand column to the Product Sales Report and Inventory Receipt Report - Detail to make identifying top-selling brands and brands you’ve received inventory from easier.

Backoffice - Products

Products > Configure > Categories will gain the following data columns so you can see more information about your product categories at a glance:

• Purchase Limit Category

• Tax Categories

• Regulatory Category

• Available for [customer groups]

Fixes

This release will address the following issues:

• Reports generated in the background and downloaded later sometimes only include the first of multiple sheets/tabs.

• The Login Report shows invalid IP addresses where it should show a logged-in user’s public IP address.

• Metrc Batch Mode may allow voided transactions to be re-queued.

• The Connecticut - Recreational Excise Tax Report may include medical transactions, and the CT DCP Report may include recreational transactions if a recreational customer was reclassified as a medical customer or vice versa.

• Washington: This release includes updated logic for compiling CCRS Product and Inventory files intended to reduce invalid external identifier errors.

• This release also adds safeguards and better error messaging to prevent sublotting packages that do not exist in BioTrack.
