Enhancements

Marketing

• We’re expanding customer segment criteria so you can build segments based on your configured customer groups. You can also exclude certain customer groups from a segment. This allows you to send email campaigns to veterans, first responders, industry, etc.

• When viewing segments in the Backoffice, a new Shows in Register column will indicate whether a segment appears as a badge in the Customer insights section in the cart.

  

Customer segments are currently limited to locations using our enhanced loyalty and marketing features but will be rolled out to all locations in the coming weeks. Schedule a demo to learn more.

Register

The Register’s PIN login screen will show a spinner icon after a user clicks Enter to indicate that the system is processing the login request.

Traceability

Florida: BioTrack-integrated locations will be able to void completed manifests. Once voided, the manifest can be modified or deleted.

Discounts

For locations participating in our Discount Wizard beta, the current Eligible products count will become a clickable link that lists the specific products.

Fixes

This release updates the following error message to provide better guidance:

The transaction invoice total in your cart does not match the total in the database. Please ensure that other users are not actively changing this transaction and reload the cart.

Because this error cannot be resolved by reloading the cart, the new error message will be:

The transaction invoice total in your cart does not match the total in the database. Please cancel the cart and try again.
