Discount Wizard (Beta)

In the coming weeks, all locations will be invited to try our new guided Discount Wizard in the Backoffice. This enhanced discount setup experience leads you through a step-by-step workflow and provides a discount summary that dynamically updates to help you verify the discount will work how you intend it to.

This revamped design aims to make creating and understanding discounts easier. This will not change any existing discount options or functionality but will eventually replace the current discount setup interface.

During this open beta period, the Discount Wizard will be optional. You can turn it on or off for your location by going to Settings > Location and checking the box for Discount Wizard Beta. Look for updates in a future post as we continue to iterate on the design and address user feedback.

Fixes

• This release addresses an issue where the number of new customers may not be consistent across different reports.

• This release also includes a patch to prevent users from entering 0 in the Flower equivalent field, which can result in incorrect purchase limit enforcement. This field should instead be left blank where not applicable (i.e., on flower products or in states that don’t use flower equivalents).
