Loyalty and marketing enhancements
We’re launching new loyalty and marketing features to improve customer engagement and drive sales, including:
New loyalty features: Create a custom loyalty program with opt-ins, points, and redemptions, available online and in-store at checkout and kiosks.
Email marketing: Design and send one-time email blasts with an easy-to-use drag-and-drop campaign builder.
Customer segments and insights: Quickly analyze your customer base, identify key segments, and take action with tailored strategies.
Custom audience groups: Target customers using built-in or custom segments based on behaviors and demographics.
Performance and revenue tracking: Track each loyalty and marketing effort with detailed analytics, including UTM tracking and revenue attribution.
Ecommerce and POS integration: Operate programs from a single platform that seamlessly syncs across Dutchie Ecommerce and Dutchie POS.
