Dutchie POS 1.130: Receipt logos and QR codes now supported on Elo devices; alerts for overridden allotments in the Register; fixes
Projected release dates: 2/10/25-2/14/25, unless otherwise noted. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Register
Dutchie Register Terminal (Elo) devices now support printing logos and QR codes on receipts.
To complement new tools in the Backoffice for auditing and resetting overridden allotments, we’re also adding a warning in the Register to alert users if a customer’s allotment has been manually changed before completing the transaction.
Compliance & traceability
To ensure compliance with BioTrack's directives and prevent improper sample handling, we’re implementing these guardrails to prevent users from pulling double samples from the same package:
Check the QA Status in BioTrack.
If it is pending and the user has state approval, the user can proceed.
Resampling will be blocked if the test is not pending or has passed.
Prevent users from adjusting, converting, or sublotting samples.
Fixes
This release will address the following issues:
When using the Metrc V2 integration, trying to complete a delivery transaction results in a “Driver Employee ID was not specified.” error.
The Register may allow excess loyalty point redemptions, causing customer point balances to go negative.
A “Value cannot be null” error prevents batches from being posted to inventory.
When weighing flower to a specified price, the calculated weight is rounded to two decimal points, which may result in a slightly different price in the cart. This fix makes the rounding logic more precise, so the dollar amount entered when weighing is consistently reflected when tendering the transaction.
BioTrack:
When sublotting, Dutchie POS allows users to enter a quantity that would put the original lot into a negative amount.
When creating multiple sublots, only the first sublot is created successfully.
When the Schedule Returns For Destruction setting is enabled, some packages' Eligible on dates change daily instead of reflecting a consistent date.
