Projected release dates: 2/3/25-2/7/25. Subject to change.

Enhancements

Settings

We’re introducing new options that require a manager PIN to remove items from a cart or cancel an order. Find them in Settings > Location:

  • Require Manager PIN to remove items from the cart

  • Require Manager PIN to cancel orders

Inventory & Compliance

  • We’re adding support for Lab name and Lab license number for Metrc states. These will appear as new fields on Lab results pages and in label configuration and will be included when fetching lab results from Metrc.

  • This release will add Farnesene as an available terpene for lab results and label templates.

  • In states that track individual customer/patient allotments, the Customers list in Backoffice will soon include a new Allotment Overridden column to help you identify customers whose allotments have been overridden at the register. You will also be able to reset those allotments individually or in bulk. Learn more in the Help Center.

Fixes

This release will address the following issues:

  • A rounding error related to returns may cause a discrepancy in the Income summary section of the Closing report.

  • When receiving inventory, the Quantity field may show a unit of measure that does not match the Catalog product.

  • On printed receipts, the Total Grams amount is preceded by a dollar sign on printed receipts.

  • Users report that lab results are not consistently fetched from Metrc when receiving inventory.

  • Washington: CCRS Monthly Report exports show a Submitted Date of 01/01/0001.

  • In Reports > Overview > Monthly snapshot, the Average Cart amount will be relabeled to Gross AOV to avoid confusion with net AOV figures in the Closing report.

  • THC & CBD values may not be captured when receiving inventory via file upload.

  • This release will address the following issues with the Inventory Roll Forward Report:

    • Returning multiple items from the same transaction will no longer cause duplicate values in the returns field.

    • Syncing inventory from Dutchie POS to Metrc will no longer cause adjustment amounts to be calculated incorrectly.

    • Starting and ending inventory quantities will correctly account for package serial number changes.

    • Inventory quantity logic will be updated so the values in the inventory snapshot report match the inventory roll forward report.

    • This release also restores the ability to run the Inventory Roll Forward Report for multiple locations and updates the Received timestamp to reflect when the package arrived at your facility rather than when the inventory receiving process was completed in Dutchie POS.
