Dutchie POS 1.125: Fixes; PMP settings permission; Louisiana Metrc migration updates
Projected release dates: 12/19/24-1/3/25. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Traceability
PMP-integrated locations will see a new user permission in the Integrations section for Update PMP Settings. Users with this permission will be able to manage various PMP integration settings under Settings > Integrations > PMP and will no longer need to contact Dutchie Support to change these settings. Learn more about PMP settings in the Help Center.
Louisiana: A migration guide is now available in the Help Center to support Louisiana operators as the state transitions from PMP to Metrc.
Fixes
Reports
Exported reports will show only the columns the user selected in the Backoffice instead of all available columns.
This release will fix an issue with the new customer count calculation and restore the cash tendered value in the closing report.
Dutchie POS Public API
The Dutchie POS Public API endpoint for get/products
will no longer include retired products, avoiding the possibility of a timeout error due to a large number of retired products.
Register
This release will fix an issue that prevents users from accessing customer history from a preorder fulfillment cart.
Cultivation
This release will address issues that result in missing or incorrect history logs for:
Plant Room History
Plant Move Transaction
Plant Transaction
Florida BioTrack
Receipt audit:
Deliveries and returns that have been properly reported to BioTrack will no longer appear as unreconciled.
“Adjust payment” transactions will no longer appear in the receipt audit at all. These are not meant to be reported to BioTrack.
Destruction manager:
Some packages appear in the BioTrack destruction manager with an Eligible on date of 12/31/1969 instead of their true eligible date.
Plants that have already been destroyed persist in the destruction manager, and when a user attempts to destroy them again, they get an error that the plants have already been deleted.
Converting inventory:
The usable cannabis weight reported to BioTrack incorrectly includes the weight of non-cannabis inputs. This release makes it so only the cannabis weight is reported to BioTrack.
Improvements to better handle unit-of-measure conversions.
Alerts for potential issues such as null or zero values for grams/concentration or decimal values for unit-based items.
We've released a fix to address an issue where deliveries to caregivers of minors were blocked because the Dutchie Register wasn't reporting the caregiver ID to BioTrack.
