Third-party loyalty
A new setting now available in Dutchie Ecommerce deducts Alpine IQ or Springbig loyalty points from a customer’s wallet only when the order is completed in Dutchie POS instead of when it is submitted in Dutchie Ecommerce.
This eliminates the need for manual discounts or workarounds in Dutchie POS and allows budtenders to apply Alpine IQ and Springbig rewards the same way for both Ecommerce and in-store orders while avoiding duplicate point deductions.
To enable this setting, log in to Dutchie Ecommerce and go to Settings > Integrations > Dutchie POS > Settings tab, then check the box for Redeem Rewards at POS.
Backoffice - Reports
We’re adding responsive design improvements to dynamically adjust the Financials interface to make it easier to view and navigate on smartphones or smaller browser windows. These updates do not affect the user experience on a laptop or desktop computer.
Backoffice - Integrations
These Metrc integration settings will be turned on for all Metrc-integrated locations:
Check For On Hold Inventory, which queries Metrc approximately every 10 minutes to identify any inventory in an on-hold status and prevent sales from on-hold packages.
Prevent untested inventory sales, which is an additional safeguard that blocks sales of any packages with missing lab results.
Note: This setting is being turned on for all markets except Colorado, as this market has certain allowances for untested inventory.
These settings prevent on-hold and untested products from being added to a cart and display warning messages when a user attempts to add one of these products to a cart.
Customer insights in the Register
Update: The feature below was mentioned in previous announcements and is now schedule to be launched at a later date. Look for updates in a future announcement.
In the coming weeks, you’ll see new customer insights, including average cart value over the last 6 months, last purchase date, quick access to purchase history, and notes, for customers who have made at least one previous purchase:
