Dutchie POS 1.116: Tax-exemption updates for OTD pricing; search vendors in receive; fixes
Projected release dates: 9/23/24-9/27/24. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Tax-exemption updates for out-the-door pricing
Currently, with out-the-door pricing, customers who are exempt from some or all taxes still pay the full out-the-door price, and the Register raises the base price accordingly.
This release changes the pricing logic so the following customer types will instead pay the out-the-door price minus any exempt taxes:
Recreational - Tax Exempt
Medical - Tax Exempt
Veteran (Oklahoma)
MMIC (California)
Search Vendors in Receive
We’re adding a search bar to the Vendor dropdowns in Receive inventory to allow users to type a vendor’s name and streamline vendor selection. Currently, users have to scroll through the full list of vendors to make a selection.
Fixes
We’re releasing fixes for the following issues:
This release addresses an issue where an existing customer’s preorder may generate a new, duplicate customer profile instead of attaching to the existing profile. This issue is limited to customer profiles where multiple fields were recently updated.
We’re deploying a fix for an issue that can duplicate packages upon receiving.
The Inventory Transactions report overstates the quantity on hand.
New York: When generated from the scheduler, the NY Hybrid Sales Report has different columns compared to the same report generated in the Reports section of the Backoffice.
Ohio: An “allotment exceeded” error may appear for transactions that do not exceed a patient’s remaining cycle limit.
