Dutchie POS 1.113: Responsive design updates for Dutchie Register; fixes

Enhancements
To optimize the Register for a broader range of screen sizes, we’re adding responsive design enhancements that will dynamically adjust the interface to improve the user experience on smaller screens and browser windows:
The cart sidebar moves to the footer, and the payments panel becomes a drawer.
On the Transaction details screen, customer info is collapsed into a Profile button.
Navigation tabs on the cash management screen are rearranged horizontally.
Fixes
We’re releasing fixes for the following issues:
We’re restoring the ability to select the Star graphic printer type when configuring Star TSP100/TSP143 receipt printers. This setting is necessary to print logos on receipts. Note that QR codes are not currently supported for this printer type.
An error message Cannot insert the value NULL into column ‘terminalId' prevents users from running the Closing report if the date range included returns and pre-dated the location’s migration to Dutchie POS from another platform.
When the Register is configured to show a warning when a user adds an expired product to a cart, the warning only appears when adding items manually and not when scanning.
No error message appears when a user tries resetting their password to a previously-used one.
