Projected release dates: 8/19/24-8/23/24. Subject to change.

Enhancements

Add logos and QR codes to receipts

Enhance brand visibility and engage customers with survey links or promotions by adding logos and QR codes to your printed receipts.

Note that this functionality will require setting PrintNode-connected printers to the correct printer type, and is not supported for all printer types or for email receipts. Learn more in the Help Center.

Reporting enhancements

  • We’re adding the following columns to the Audit History Report to better conform to our recently revamped inventory auditing features:

    • Total product discrepancy count

    • Audit type (scan or manual)

    • Audit workflow (simple or advanced)

    • Audit status

    • Submitted by

  • Multi-location sales summary downloads are currently limited to 60,000 records. This release will remove this limitation.

Update for discounts based on inactive or deleted customer groups

Inactive or deleted customer groups will no longer be considered for the purpose of applying discounts. This means that if a customer is assigned to an inactive or deleted group, discounts restricted to that group will no longer be available to that customer. Discounts associated with active customer groups are unaffected.

If discounts with customer-group restrictions are no longer applying as expected, verify that the relevant customer group is active. If not, reactivate the customer group, update the customer’s group assignments, and/or update the discount’s customer group restrictions as necessary.

Fixes

This release will address the following issues:

  • The Auto-map products during receive setting does not correctly account for location-specific price or cost values or Med/Rec pricing unless a user clicks into and then out of the Catalog product dropdown when receiving inventory.

  • When navigating between payments by type and location-specific breakdowns of the Financials tab, a “Something went wrong” error may appear.

  • Cultivation operators with the Track Immature Plants Individually setting turned on are unable to convert or destroy clones and seeds and the conversion modal does not show up-to-date options.

  • Colorado: After moving a package quantity to another room, the Use by date does not carry over to the moved quantity.

  • New Jersey: Fetching lab results does not consistently return all terpenes.
