Dynamic Delivery enhancements

We’re rolling out a suite of new features to help optimize dynamic ("ice cream truck-style") delivery operations.

Inventory kits and packing lists

These features will be available for all locations with no additional fees or contract updates required:

• Ability to create a "Delivery Staging" room and subrooms for inventory kits to manage inventory more systematically. This includes two new permissions in the Maintenance > Products section of the user permissions page: View Inventory Kits and Edit Inventory Kits.

• Packing lists in the Backoffice to facilitate accurate, consistent restocking of inventory kits.

Delivery process and order fulfillment

These features are optional add-ons that require additional fees and a contract update. Contact your CSM or Support for details:

• Print inventory kit QR codes from the Backoffice that drivers can scan using the Mobile Checkout app when they pick up inventory kits, automatically assigning the inventory to their vehicle.

• Assign routes to specific inventory kits, ensuring orders are associated with kits throughout their lifecycle.

• Real-time updates and compliance with Metrc as routes are created and completed.

• Drivers can view a Delivery Ledger in the Mobile Checkout app to track items on board and completed deliveries.

• Optional functionality that allows drivers to add items to an order by scanning the barcode with their smartphone or remove items from an order.

Multi-location payments reporting

A new unified reporting interface within the Financials tab combines Cash, Credit, Debit, and Pay by Bank (DutchiePay) payments in a single report to help streamline managing and reconciling digital payments. You can view summaries for multiple locations simultaneously, customize date ranges, filter by payment type and provider, and export the data as needed.

Inventory audits

A new Bulk edit option will be available during the count and review stages of an audit by selecting multiple packages and then the Bulk actions button. Bulk confirm will also be available on the Counted tab and both tabs during the review phase.

Fix

• Florida: This release restores the Re-route option for locations that recently migrated to BioTrack.

• We're deploying a fix for an issue where users who do not have the Manage Audits At All Locations permission can still load all audits.
