AUTHOR: Dutchie Product Team

Projected release dates: 7/22/24-7/26/24. Subject to change.

Enhancements

Inventory Audits

  • We’re restoring the ability to move a package to another room while auditing inventory without removing it from the audit. This action will be available for all audit types.

  • To give admins more control over which types of audits individual users can perform, we’re adding a new user permission to Create Simple Audits in the Inventory > Reconciliation section of the permissions configuration. This permission will be enabled for all users with existing create audit permissions. Disabling this permission for a user means they will only be able to create Advanced audits, which require manager approval. Learn more about audit types and permissions in the Help Center.

Discounts

This release will add the ability to manually enter the Order in which discounts in the Available on eCommerce will appear in Dutchie Ecommerce specials, in addition to the existing drag-and-drop functionality.

Multiple discounts can use the same Order value, which will group them together in the specials list on Dutchie Ecommerce.

Metrc integration settings

New Jersey: Dutchie POS can now automatically pass delivery IDs to Metrc and append them to the consumer ID in Metrc per state requirements. Previously, this had to be done manually in Metrc for each delivery. Contact Dutchie Support to have Pass Delivery Id as Consumer Id enabled for your location. Learn more about New Jersey Metrc delivery requirements in the Help Center.

Reports

New York: The NY OCM Package Products Report will be updated to meet new OCM requirements.

Note: an earlier version of this post incorrectly stated that this update applied to the NY Monthly Sales Report.

Fixes

A permissions issue has prevented Metrc users from accessing the Receipt audit in the Traceability section of the Backoffice. A fix is scheduled to be released tomorrow, July 18. Along with this fix, the user permission View METRC Receipt Reconciliation is being renamed View Receipt Audit and moving to the Inventory section of the permissions configuration.
