Dutchie Ecommerce: Fixes for embedded Offers, Kiosk nav bar, and Menu Score calculation

We've recently released fixes to address the following issues:

• When clicking an embedded Offers section, the full embedded menu was opening on the homepage instead of navigating to the shopping page.

• The Kiosk navigation bar appeared as a transparent overlay on some devices.

• Menu scores are now based only on active menu items. Previously, inactive items were also included in the calculation.
