Dutchie E-Commerce: Permanently remove archived/out-of-stock products; Hide cannabinoid descriptions from menu; expected delivery window in text notifications; fixes
Enhancements
Permanently remove archived, out-of-stock products: When a product is archived or is out of stock, it may remain publicly accessible via URL on your Dutchie E-Commerce menu, even if it is no longer available for purchase. In some cases, these products may still appear as available for backorder. This can create compliance and brand enforcement risks, as trademark holders can discover and flag products that should have been removed from your storefront. To address this, we’ve launched a new feature that allows you to remove archived products directly from the menu management interface. Learn more in the Help Center.
Hide cannabinoid descriptions from menu: This new option under Settings > Store Menu removes educational cannabinoid descriptions and tooltips from product detail pages to comply with state regulations prohibiting health claims.
Delivery order text notifications will now include expected delivery time windows just like curbside and pickup orders.
We’ve increased the maximum number of drawn delivery zones per location from 50 to 250.
Fixes
We’ve released fixes for the following issues:
We fixed a rare display issue where card payment details could appear on an order even when card payments were not enabled or used. Orders and payments are now linked with unique identifiers to prevent outdated payment metadata from appearing on unrelated orders.
Some shoppers received duplicate 2FA PIN codes when connecting an Alpine IQ loyalty wallet during checkout. Shoppers should now receive only one verification code per request.
Applying flower subcategory filters, such as Bulk Flower or Pre-pack Flower, after searching could show products from the wrong subcategory. Search results now better reflect the selected filters.
