On Monday, December 8, we’re rolling out online loyalty redemption to all Dutchie Loyalty & Marketing Pro subscribers. The customer experience at checkout depends on your Dutchie POS loyalty program's redemption method.

If your redemption method is Apply loyalty as discounts, customers can toggle Apply my rewards and then choose from available discounts.

If your redemption method is Apply loyalty as payment method (pre-tax), customers can toggle Apply my rewards and then enter a dollar amount to redeem.

If your redemption method is Apply loyalty as payment method (post-tax), customers cannot apply their rewards online but will see their current points balance (or dollar equivalent) and a call to action to redeem loyalty points in-store.

Fix

We've improved our checkout tracking to ensure that product details are always captured correctly during analytics events, resolving issues where product names were sometimes missing.
