      Fixes

We're deploying fixes to address the following issues:

      • Shoppers using Google login from an embedded Dutchie menu were being sent to a new embedded window instead of completing authentication in the same session. This prevented some shoppers from logging in normally and returning to their cart, creating friction during checkout.

      • Some users were unable to authenticate or connect their loyalty account, which blocked them from viewing points, seeing rewards, and redeeming loyalty benefits while shopping online or in the app.

      • Custom menu sections that used the menu setting sort option could return no products or show validation errors when the location’s default menu order was set to relevance. This caused custom sections such as “New Products” or category carousels to appear empty even when eligible products existed.

      • Product image changes made in Flowhub were not consistently syncing to menus after products were already live. This left outdated images on the storefront and forced customers to consider disruptive workarounds like menu wipes, manual image edits, or unrelated product changes.

      • Weighted products with similar names could be incorrectly combined on ecommerce when one product used pricing tiers and the other did not. This made certain SKUs appear missing or rolled into another product, causing inaccurate quantities and preventing customers from purchasing the correct item online.

      • After successful Dutchie Plus checkouts, some shoppers were redirected to a checkout error page without an order number instead of the order confirmation page. This made customers think their order failed and led some to place duplicate orders.

      • Category images uploaded at the location level were not appearing in Chain > Assets > Category Images because the chain asset tool was reading legacy image data instead of the newer category image source. This prevented teams from copying updated category images across locations and created unnecessary manual work.

      • Loyalty point boosts in the mobile app could display with a dollar sign instead of a points label, making customers believe they received a cash-value reward rather than points. This caused confusion about the actual value of loyalty promotions.

      • Some terpenes from Dutchie POS lab results were not mapping correctly to Dutchie E-Commerce, causing incomplete terpene profiles to display on the menu, with fewer terpenes shown and a lower total terpene percentage than what was recorded in Dutchie POS and on the COA.
