Consumer communication preferences in Mobile Apps

Our next Mobile App release adds support for consumer-facing marketing communication settings in your Dutchie Mobile App under Account > Preferences.

Consumers' communication preferences automatically sync across the entire Dutchie ecosystem and can also be managed under My Account in E-Commerce web, or on customer profiles in the Dutchie POS Backoffice and Register.

Dynamic offer indicators in Mobile Apps

Dynamic offer fulfillment and eligibility indicators (also known as “discount gamification”), if enabled for your location, will soon appear in your Dutchie Mobile App. This feature was previously released for web menus in January. Learn more in the Help Center.

      Fixes

We’ve released fixes to address the following issues:

      • Users experienced delays in Dutchie POS product and inventory syncing to E-Commerce, and tags with commas could appear as separate options in tag filters.

      • When copying a product collection to another store, the scheduled start and end time could be lost, requiring users to re-set scheduling.

      • Kiosk menus intermittently failed to load products after a shopper selected a category.

      • Terms and Privacy Policy links on some branded subdomains could loop back to the menu instead of opening the correct legal pages.

      • The enterprise settings page for chains could become unresponsive and block mobile app setup.

      • On Kiosk lock screens, the “Tap to Start Shopping” button ignored the configured color and appeared transparent.

      • Tips selected during checkout could reset when customers changed payment method, leading to missing tips for delivery drivers.

      • Collections showed products from excluded subcategories, like infused items appearing in a flower-only collection.

      • On some mobile apps, carts showed a $0.00 total with items in the cart, preventing checkout.

      • On mobile product cards, the rotating the specials ticker could cut off parts of the offer text.
