      The following features were previously only available with Dutchie E-Commerce Pro, but are now standard offerings for all Dutchie E-Commerce customers.

      Personalized product recommendations

      Increase average order value by intelligently upselling and cross-selling to customers in real-time. It's like having your best budtender working on every single online order, suggesting the perfect pre-roll to go with that flower or the right battery for that cartridge. This maximizes the value of every transaction and boosts your overall revenue without any extra effort from your team.

      Buy it again and recently viewed

      Make re-ordering effortless for your most valuable customers by turning a multistep search for their favorite product into a one-click action, dramatically increasing the speed of purchase for your loyal clientele and strengthening habits that lead to higher customer lifetime value.

      Recently viewed products act as a helpful reminder for your customers, keeping products they've shown interest in top-of-mind. This makes it effortless for them to return to and purchase items they were considering, directly reducing cart abandonment and increasing your site's conversion rate.

      Social proof alerts

      Use proven e-commerce psychology to increase conversions with real-time alerts to create a sense of urgency and social validation, nudging hesitant customers to complete their purchase before it's too late:

      • “[Quantity] left in stock - order soon!” on product detail pages when there are less than 10 in stock:

      • "High demand: [number] others have this in their cart" on popular products that a consumer has added to their cart:

      This feature is enabled by default and is controlled by the Show product urgency messaging on product detail pages and cart setting under Settings > Store Menu.

      Advanced customer notifications for locations integrated with Dutchie POS

      Proactively generate revenue and reduce waste. Back-in-stock notifications automatically recapture sales you would have otherwise lost. Pickup reminders reduce the number of abandoned orders sitting on your shelves, ensuring fulfilled orders turn into completed revenue.

      Redeem Dutchie loyalty points at checkout

      Create a seamless, integrated experience for your loyal customers using the Dutchie ecosystem. Instead of a clunky, multi-step process, customers can now see and redeem their loyalty points directly at checkout, increasing the perceived value of your loyalty program and boosting customer retention.

      If your redemption method is Apply loyalty as discounts, customers choose from available discounts.

      If your redemption method is Apply loyalty as payment method (pre-tax), customers enter a dollar amount to redeem.

      Note: this feature is not supported with the redemption method Apply loyalty as payment method (post-tax).

      Collections and Custom Categories

      Collections help you curate product groupings for targeted marketing campaigns based on a wide range of customizable conditions including Dutchie POS tag, brand, product type, characteristic (effects, THC), individual items, or entire categories.

      Collections are not tied to existing discount and promotional tools, giving you more flexibility over how products are grouped and displayed.

      Within Collections, you can also create up to six collections that appear on your menu as a Custom Category, both in the header menu and as a tile in your Categories carousel. Create categories like "Staff Picks," "Best for Sleep," or "Beginner Friendly" to guide customers to the perfect product, simplifying their decision-making and boosting sales of featured items.       Terpene search

      Your most sophisticated and discerning customers can now search for specific effects and filter your menu by terpenes like Myrcene or Limonene, providing an expert-level shopping experience that builds credibility and sets your dispensary apart from less advanced competitors.

      Share button on product detail pages

      Turn your satisfied customers into free brand ambassadors. A share button on product detail pages allows them to effortlessly share their favorite products with friends via text or social media, generating powerful, organic word-of-mouth marketing that drives new, high-intent traffic directly to your menu.
