Dutchie POS: Delivery Route History in Backoffice, see Received and Expiration dates when moving inventory, send test SMS and email messages to multiple recipients, fixes, and more
Projected release dates: 9/14/26 to 9/17/26. Subject to change.
Enhancements
Delivery
View past and present delivery routes and bulk-print manifests directly from Back Office under Delivery > Route History.
Full Route Visibility: View Active, Completed, and Cancelled routes across any date range (up to 31 days).
One-Click Bulk Printing: Export all manifests for an entire route as a single merged PDF via the Print Route action.
Custom Order Selection: Open View Route to inspect individual stops and selectively print specific manifests.
Compliance & Audit Ready: Exported manifests include all captured drop-off details, including arrival timestamps and customer signatures.
How It Works
Go to Delivery > Route History in Back Office.
Select a Date Range (up to 31 days).
Click the ••• menu next to any route:
Print Route to print all manifests for that route in one PDF.
View Route to view individual orders and print a custom selection.
Requires View Manifest or Edit Manifest permissions
Inventory
Move Inventory dialog shows received & expiration dates
New Received Date and Expiration Date columns will be added to the package grid within the Move Inventory dialog in Backoffice. This allows inventory managers to easily identify and prioritize packages, such as following First-Expired, First-Out workflows, without having to exit the dialog to look up package details.
Campaigns
Deliverability, open, and click rates on the Marketing Dashboard's Campaign Performance graph will display as percentages instead of raw numbers.
Loyalty & Marketing
Send test messages to multiple recipients
Send test SMS and test email previews to multiple recipients at once (comma or semicolon separated), instead of sending test messages one at a time.
How It Works
Navigate to your marketing campaign draft (Marketing > Campaigns).
Click Send Test (for either SMS or Email).
In the recipient input field, enter the team members' phone numbers or email addresses separated by a comma, semicolon, or space:
Example (SMS):
(555) 123-4567, (555) 987-6543; (555) 456-7890Example (Email):
alex@dispensary.com,jordan@dispensary.com;taylor@dispensary.com
Click Send Test. Each recipient will receive the preview message instantly.
Contextual Email Deliverability & Authentication Guidance
We’re adding in-app deliverability guidance across Dutchie Marketing dashboards, campaign setup, and onboarding to help dispensaries optimize email sender reputation and inbox delivery.
Sender Authentication Tips: Clear guidance on SPF, DKIM, DMARC, From-domain alignment, and branded tracking links.
Status & Metric Definitions: In-app explanations for delivery statuses (Delivered, Deferred, Bounced, Blocked, Suppressed) and context on privacy features impacting open rates.
Actionable Troubleshooting: Built-in remediation steps, domain warm-up timelines, and list hygiene best practices for deliverability issues.
Products
New Cannabinoid Unit of Measure and Terpene Unit of Measure columns will be added to Products > Configure > Categories.
Compliance
Utah ICS: payment info on sales — Sales will now include a payment info object, meeting Utah's compliance reporting requirement.
Fixes
We're releasing fixes for the following issues:
AlpineIQ loyalty balance and registration data can fall out of sync with Dutchie customer records after a recent backend change.
The loyalty enrollment selector in Back Office reverts to a stale value after saving.
A manager discount can appear twice in the cart and apply double the intended discount for certain cross-location discount configurations.
When a Metrc transfer fails due to bad credentials, inventory can remain stuck allocated to the manifest with no easy way to release it; a delete option is available in the manifest popup so it can be cancelled manually.
The Register over-enforces medical ID requirements at checkout for all medical customers, sometimes blocking legitimate checkouts.
Budtenders are sometimes unable to select a register at POS login when register-to-hardware assignment is disabled.
Updating a discount can return a server error when the request is missing expected data.
The Move Inventory dialog pre-selects every package in a multi-package move, requiring users to manually uncheck packages they do not want to move; packages now start unselected.
Return manifests marked "pickup" but operated by a third-party driver are not classified correctly for CCRS, causing generated PDF manifests to populate the wrong sections; they are now correctly classified as transporter manifests.
SMS and MMS opt-in flow channels in the marketing channel performance view show 0 for delivered, opened, clicked, and other engagement metrics, even after messages were actually delivered and opened.
Lab test expiration dates from Metrc don’t carry over correctly on internal package transfers, causing the expiration date to default to one year out instead of the correct date (most noticeable in Maine and Massachusetts).
The "Bypass State System" checkbox on the Sublot Package page could appear and be checked by users whose permission group had that permission disabled, letting them bypass BioTrack tracking without authorization.
The campaign builder could get stuck with a disabled "Next" button and a "cannot fetch" error while editing an email campaign, sometimes losing in-progress work.
