      Enhancements

      Loyalty + Marketing

Exclusive Collections allow you to limit the visibility of certain products in Dutchie E-Commerce to specific customer segments. When a collection is marked as exclusive, only authorized users who are logged into their accounts can view the collection, see the associated products in search results, or purchase those items. Customers

      • Segments will gain new attributes to allow you to target customers based on total number of locations shopped, loyalty opt-in source, and whether they have a phone number in their profile.

      • The Customers list in the Backoffice will now display customers' loyalty point balances, segments they’re in, and last transaction date

      Catalog

Users with the Edit Flower Equivalency Definition permission will gain the ability to apply a category’s flower equivalency calculation to existing products and inventory, overwriting any previously entered flower equivalencies.

      Traceability

      • New York: When pushing packages to Metrc, the Onboarding Wizard will check to make sure enough tags are available in Metrc before initiating a push. If not enough tags are available, an error message will show how many more are needed.

      • New York: The Register will allow check-in for out-of-state patients (customers assigned to the Customer Type: Medical - Out of State) without requiring an ID scan.

      Fixes

This release includes fixes for the following issues

      • Cost of Goods (COGs) reports are showing incorrect values because they do not filter out onboarding manifests.

      • Customer list column configuration reverts to defaults after navigating away from the customers page.

      • On the Segments page, the Show inactive segments option is enabled by default. This fix will make inactive segments hidden by default.

      • An invalid date range results from selecting Year to date from Backoffice date range pickers on January 1.

      • Metrc logs do not log Shipment IDs for deliveries posted to Metrc.

      • Dates in the time clock may appear out of order.

      • Rhode Island: Sales impact both medical and recreational allotments instead of one or the other.

      • BioTrack: When packaging flower, the system allows a user to attempt to package more quantity than was produced from the harvest and put into the flower lot inventory package from the harvest, leading to discrepancies between Dutchie and BioTrack.
