Dutchie E-Commerce

Schedule pickup orders further in advance

Dutchie E-Commerce checkout now supports scheduling pickup orders beyond the previous 6-day limit. Admins can extend the Advanced Ordering window to better support locations with less-frequent pickup schedules, such as partner pickup points.

Customizable Kiosk Pro lock screen headline

Dispensaries using Kiosk Pro with Pay By Bank can now set a custom lock-screen headline (up to 20 characters) instead of the default "Order & Pay Here" text.

Create products directly from Menu Sort admin

Admins can create new products from the V2 menu sort admin experience.

Step-up authentication on sensitive profile changes

Added a re-verification requirement for sensitive profile changes, like updating a phone number or email address, reducing the risk of account takeover.

Collect ID expiration dates at checkout

Admins can now require customers to provide their driver's license expiration date as part of identity verification at checkout, helping stores stay compliant with state ID requirements.

Branding: expanded theming token support

Dispensary branding now extends further across the storefront. Additional theming tokens have been added so admins can control the look of more surfaces directly through supported branding settings, rather than relying on unsupported custom CSS.

This release adds theming token support to:

• Offers surfaces

• Added to Cart interstitial

• Order-type tiles

Specials Page Redesign guardrails

Non-Dutchie POS dispensaries are no longer able to enable the redesigned Specials page, which previously could result in a blank page for their shoppers. These locations continue to see their existing Specials page instead.

Mobile

Updated "Share Location" button copy

The mobile app onboarding button previously labeled "Share Location" now reads "Continue," to comply with App Store requirements.

Android preview in Theme & Branding

Admins can now toggle between iOS and Android device previews on the Theme & Branding screen, making it easier to confirm mobile app branding looks right across both platforms before publishing.

Fixes

We're deploying fixes for the following issues:

• Admin sign-in now handles transfer token errors more reliably, addressing three distinct causes of the "That transfer token is no longer valid" message (slow network retries, stale/replayed URLs, and transport failures misreported as invalid tokens).

• Saving kiosk settings no longer clears a dispensary's kiosk type for admins who don't have task permissions.

• Fixed an issue where Admin Featured Order could incorrectly block adding products with a "Cannot feature more than 100 products per category" error even when fewer than 100 products were featured.

• Fixed an issue where taps on the mobile admin screen weren't registering correctly.

• Admins can now see and manage archived (inactive) products when configuring Featured Order, instead of having them hidden from the list.

• Fixed an issue on mobile where Loyalty tabs were too wide for the screen, pushing the Referrals section off-screen.

• Fixed an issue where auto-confirmed orders, including kiosk orders, didn't trigger the audible new-order notification.

• Fixed inconsistent behavior where Special Hours changes could allow customers to select pickup or delivery times outside the intended window.

• Fixed an error ("Cannot create field 'showCategoryTiles'...") that could prevent dispensaries from saving Specials Page Redesign settings.

• Fixed an issue where the "Weight" column heading on Menu Boards was truncated at certain font sizes despite having enough room to display in full.

• Fixed an issue where the discount badge on printed menus could be invisible for discounted products at stores not synced with a POS.

• Fixed an issue where "Sort by Score" on the ecommerce menu wasn't consistently sorting products purely by score.

• Restored substring name matching in the super-admin dispensaries search, so partial names find the right dispensary again.

• Fixed an issue where sitemap URLs could show the wrong domain for stores behind multi-hop proxy configurations.

• Fixed an issue where the Assign Playlists modal in Menu Boards would grow unbounded instead of scrolling when a device had many playlists.

• Fixed an issue where long "Scheduled:" status text caused the Updated column's date to wrap onto two lines in the Menu Boards Playlists table.
