      Customizations

Chain and enterprise admins will have a single Mobile App area for managing app customization across locations. The new admin experience consolidates theme and branding, product card, navigation, and store settings that were previously spread across per-dispensary Customize pages and Chain Admin settings. Learn more in the Help Center.

      Order status tracker

If your Dutchie E-Commerce location is integrated with Onfleet, you can now enable a live order status tracker for your mobile app. Consumers can see their driver’s current location by viewing their order and then tapping Track Delivery.

To enable, go to Settings > Integrations > Onfleet, open your existing Onfleet connection (or connect Onfleet for the first time). Under Enabled Features, turn on Mobile Delivery Tracking.

Note: This feature is only supported with the Dutchie E-Commerce <> Onfleet integration, not with the Dutchie POS <> Onfleet integration.

      Other mobile app updates

      • Mobile apps now support 0-point loyalty redemptions at checkout, in parity with web.

      • Consumer onboarding experience refreshed with updated copy and redesigned screens (age gate, share age, push notifications, and location education) and earlier application of dispensary branding.

      • Checkout usability improvement: promo code field is always visible on mobile checkout.

      • Better accessibility/readability: the app can switch to dark mode automatically when a dispensary’s custom background color is too dark.

      • We’ve expanded customization options for mobile product cards and styling:

        • Added product card color configuration options.

        • Added weightColor, strain type display options, and potency display options.

        • Added per-strain-type pill color configuration .

        • Configurable mobile header and bottom navigation styles (liquid glass/material/platform default).

      • Configurable “Add to Cart” call-to-action style on product cards: Choose between a compact + circular call-to-action and a traditional “Add to Cart” text button. This setting persists across mobile product listing views.

      • New navigation UX guardrails enforce a maximum of 5 bottom navigation tabs.

      • For performance and UX consistency, we’ve removed image fade/animations from product imagery.

      • Mobile admin customization: We’ve added a live preview for mobile button decoration shapes in the Customize menu.

Enhanced abandoned cart reporting: Previously, the Abandoned Cart report (Enterprise > Analytics > Ecommerce > Abandoned Carts) only displayed customer information and total cart value. Operators had no visibility into which products were in the cart at the time of abandonment. With this update, a new Products column appears on the Abandoned Carts table, listing the individual product line items associated with each abandoned cart. This data is also included in the CSV export.

Chain-wide permissions reporting + CSV export (Enterprise Admin): We’re adding a new Settings > User Permissions Report view for multi-location operators, with search and CSV export to support compliance audits.

Improved enterprise homepage defaulting: Global homepage now defaults to the nearest store via geolocation (with fallback behavior when geolocation isn’t available).

Specials redesign guardrails: Prevents non-DPOS dispensaries from landing on a blank specials page by gating the redesign behind DPOS integration.

Storefront browsing: We’re adding a new “Shop all products” call-to-action on filtered menus so consumers can easily switch to a non-filtered view.

Disconnect menu items from library products: Admins can now disconnect a menu item from its linked library product directly in the product editor. Previously, this option was only available to Dutchie Support even though connecting a product to the library was already available to all users. The Disconnect control now appears for end users whenever a product is linked to a library item.

Loyalty redemptions are now displayed in ascending order by point value from lowest to highest. This updated sort order appears in two locations:

      • My Account > Loyalty > Rewards

      • Checkout > Loyalty Redemption

      Fixes

      • Exclusive collection filtering now excludes products in exclusive collections when the exclusion setting is enabled.

      • Product photo downloads now update stock placeholder images when the canonical image already matches, preventing repeated reprocessing.

      • Homepage sections now delete successfully instead of reappearing after refresh.

      • Image banners now save and delete successfully in Admin without returning a dispensary not found error.

      • Products with no assigned strain now remain unassigned instead of being incorrectly matched from cannabinoid text in the product name.

      • Advanced Embed Settings now retain saved CSS changes after refresh.

      • Brand selections on customized menu tabs now persist when returning to edit the menu.

      • Sort by Relevance now preserves URL filters such as weight when a filtered menu link loads.

      • Mobile loyalty tabs now fit within the viewport so the Referrals section remains accessible.

      • Marketplace structured data now uses absolute URLs for store and product pages.

      • Sitemaps now resolve custom domains served on both bare and www domain variants.

      • Delivery checkout now keeps disabled delivery-zone time slots unavailable after the checkout page refreshes.

      • Delivery zip codes now clear correctly when changing delivery area settings.

      • Discount displays now honor brand exclusions from synced POS discounts so excluded products do not appear eligible online.

      • Loyalty activity now displays point-based rewards as points instead of dollars.

      • Order status sync now handles failed status updates without crashing or causing downstream batch parsing errors.

      • Plus API price summaries now expose bottle deposits so checkout totals reconcile correctly.

      • Desktop storefronts now consistently display the desktop banner image instead of intermittently showing the mobile banner.

      • Product list view and overall menu score could be skewed by stale persisted product scores (e.g., 0 in list view while detail view recomputes correctly), reducing operational overhead from needing to “re-save” items to refresh scores.
